What does it mean that your products are limited edition?
We produce a certain quantity of products of a reference, once sold out, it is never produced again.
Why do you say that your products are exclusive?
We produce few units of each reference (own designs) and they are sold out quickly, also, since they are not produced again, it makes it an exclusive product (few in the world will have it).
What payment methods can I use to make my purchase?
We receive all debit and credit cards, Bancolombia transfers or drafts by Efecty:
International payments through PayPal
In Medellin-Colombia you can pay for the product Contraentrega.
NOTE: we do not receive cryptocurrencies as a means of payment.
How do I know my purchase is secure?
We use totally secure and certified payment gateways on our website (such as PayU and PayPal), these gateways protect your purchase and if you do not receive the product you can get your money back.
We have more than 5 years shipping products to different customers in cities in Colombia and some countries like Panama, Chile, Mexico, Spain and USA.

What is the shipping cost?
The shipping cost will be shown based on the total purchase and location, at the time prior to purchase.
Most products have free shipping in Colombia.
How do you ship?
We work with: Servientrega, Envía and Interrapidisimo.
International shipments by DHL or FEDEX.
What cities do you ship to?
We ship to all Colombia.
For international shipments, you will see the shipping cost when you indicate your country and zip code.

How long does it take for the order to arrive?
Delivery time in Colombia generally takes between 1 to 3 business days after the payment is credited and the order is shipped.
International shipments take between 3 and 15 working days, depending on the destination.
Can I pay for the product upon delivery?
In Medellin-Colombia you can pay on delivery. For now this option is not available for other cities or countries.
Do you have a physical store?
We are a virtual store, however, in Medellin Colombia, you can see the products physically in our warehouse, with a previous appointment.

What does Satisfaction Guarantee mean?
You can rest assured that if the product you receive is not what you expected, you can *return the product in perfect condition with all its packaging and labels and we will refund your purchase, it's that simple.
Note: For returns and exchanges, shipping is at the buyer's expense.

What warranty do Almamor and Kabanah products have?
We offer a 1-year extended warranty for manufacturing defects. Our products are export quality.
The warranty does not cover handcrafted accessories, hardware or mishandling of the product (such as improper storage, humidity, or not following the washing instructions and/or maximum capacity, among others).
Important Note: We recommend not to apply any perfume or essence containing alcohol to the product, as it may deteriorate the hardware prematurely.
