Return Policy


We offer exchanges or credit notes, because we want you to feel complete satisfaction with your purchase. Our credit notes are also valid for 12 months and can be redeemed online.
We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. Therefore, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 5 days of receipt and we will give you a credit note or a full refund. To apply for this benefit, the purchase must be made only through our official sales channels, website, Instagram/Facebook or WhatsApp and not through other retailers or authorized distributors.

Please note that the cost of the return must be paid by the customer unless the items are defective and apply to warranty.

Returns will only be accepted if the items are returned unused, with the original sales tags attached and in the condition in which they were received.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges on sale items unless an item is defective.

Remember that if you decide to return a product, you must assume the return cost.

NOTE:
* If a shipment from ALMAMOR GROUP is refused, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package to ALMAMOR GROUP. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

* If you provide an incorrect address, we are not responsible for recurring shipping charges.
